Services and funding pathways

Accomplish supports a wide range of patients, at the clinic or in your home, across the major funding schemes.

Home visits: physiotherapy that comes to you

In-home physiotherapy for elderly and mobility-impaired patients who can't easily travel to a clinic.

For many patients, especially older adults or those with limited mobility, getting to a clinic is the hardest part of recovery. James provides in-home physiotherapy so that care happens where you are, in a setting that's familiar and comfortable.

Every home visit follows the same standard as a clinic appointment: a thorough, structured assessment and an individualised plan. James brings the same precision and attention into your living room that he would in the practice, with no shortcuts.

Who home visits are for

  • Elderly patients who find travelling to a clinic difficult or unsafe
  • People recovering from surgery or illness with reduced mobility
  • Patients who feel more confident exercising in their own environment
  • Aged care and community-based clients, including NDIS and Home Care pathways

What to expect

James assesses your movement, balance and pain in the spaces you use every day, then builds a practical plan suited to your home, using what's already around you wherever possible.

NDIS physiotherapy

Physiotherapy under the National Disability Insurance Scheme, for participants, families and support coordinators.

James is experienced working with NDIS participants and support coordinators to deliver physiotherapy that supports independence, mobility and daily function. Care is planned around each participant's goals, not a one-size-fits-all program.

How we work with NDIS

  • Support for self-managed and plan-managed participants
  • Close communication with support coordinators and support workers
  • Clinic-based or in-home physiotherapy, depending on what suits the participant
  • Clear, goal-focused plans with a thorough initial assessment

For support coordinators

If you're arranging physiotherapy for a participant, use our dedicated healthcare provider pathway on the contact page so we can capture the details we need to get started quickly.

Coordinators and support workers:

Use the "For healthcare providers" form on our contact page to send a referral enquiry.

DVA physiotherapy for veterans

Physiotherapy services for veterans and eligible dependants under Department of Veterans' Affairs funding.

Accomplish Physiotherapy provides care for veterans and eligible dependants under Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) funding. James brings a thorough, structured approach to every assessment, with treatment plans built around your individual recovery goals.

What we offer DVA clients

  • Assessment and treatment for a range of conditions, including joint, neck and back pain
  • Individualised plans focused on lasting recovery, not generic programs

Treatments and equipment we can provide

  • Exercise programs to improve movement and control
  • Airway clearance techniques that help to decrease lung infections and improve lung function
  • Soft tissue massage to improve range of motion, joint flexibility and relieve pain
  • Dry needling that can provide pain relief and restore movement

If you hold a valid DVA referral, get in touch and we'll help you understand how to get started.

WorkCover physio without taking time off work

After-hours Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings, built specifically for working and WorkCover patients. Bulk billed via WorkCover.

After-hours by design.

Our Tuesday evening (4:30pm to 8:30pm) and Saturday morning (8:00am to 12:30pm) appointments mean you don't have to take time off work for your WorkCover treatment.

Recovering from a work-related injury shouldn't mean choosing between your job and your treatment. Accomplish Physiotherapy is set up around employed patients, with consistent after-hours care from the same physiotherapist every visit.

What this means for you

  • No time off work. Book evenings or Saturday mornings around your schedule
  • Bulk billed via WorkCover. Accepted as part of your claim
  • One physio, every visit. James manages your recovery from start to finish
  • Thorough assessment. A structured plan aimed at getting you back to full function

Already have a WorkCover claim?

Bring your claim details to your first appointment, or contact us beforehand and we'll let you know what's needed.

Bulk Billed EPC / Care Plans

Medicare-rebated physiotherapy via GP referral, with no out-of-pocket cost for eligible patients.

If you have a chronic or ongoing condition, your GP may be able to refer you for physiotherapy under an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan, also known as a Chronic Disease Management plan. For eligible patients with a valid referral, these appointments are bulk billed, meaning $0 out of pocket.

How it works

  • Speak to your GP about whether an EPC / Chronic Disease Management plan is right for you
  • Your GP provides a referral for physiotherapy under the plan
  • Bring the referral to your appointment and we bulk bill eligible visits directly to Medicare
  • You receive the same thorough assessment and individualised care as any patient
$0 out of pocket.

Eligibility and the number of covered sessions are determined by your GP and Medicare. We're happy to help you understand the process.

Vestibular Rehabilitation and Vertigo

Targeted assessment and rehabilitation for dizziness, vertigo and balance problems, one of James's areas of special focus.

Dizziness, vertigo and balance issues can be disorienting and affect everything from work to simply getting out of bed. Vestibular rehabilitation is a focused, exercise-based approach to retraining the systems your body uses for balance.

James has a particular focus on vestibular and vertigo rehabilitation, beginning with a careful assessment to understand what's driving your symptoms before building a structured, individualised program.

Symptoms we help with

  • Vertigo and spinning sensations
  • Dizziness or light-headedness with movement
  • Unsteadiness and balance difficulty
  • Confidence and mobility after balance-related falls

Our approach

After a thorough assessment, James designs rehabilitation tailored to your symptoms and goals, progressing it as you improve, with clear guidance you can carry on at home.

Neck and Back Pain

Structured, individualised care for neck and back pain, from assessment through to a clear path back to comfortable movement.

Neck and back pain is one of the most common reasons people see a physiotherapist, and one of the most individual. The same symptom can have very different causes, which is why James starts with a thorough assessment rather than a generic protocol.

Conditions we commonly see

  • General and persistent neck pain
  • Lower and upper back pain
  • Stiffness and reduced movement
  • Pain affecting work, sleep or daily activity

How treatment works

Once James understands what's driving your pain, he builds a plan combining hands-on treatment and a progressive exercise program, focused on lasting recovery rather than short-term relief alone.

Sporting Injuries

Assessment, rehabilitation and return-to-sport programs, informed by elite-level rehabilitation and experience with rugby, soccer and AFL teams.

Whether you're a weekend athlete or training competitively, a sporting injury can stall everything you're working toward. James has practised in elite sports physiotherapy settings, including work with rugby, soccer and AFL teams, and brings that standard of assessment and rehabilitation to every patient.

What we help with

  • Acute injuries: strains, sprains and overload
  • Recurring or unresolved injuries
  • Rehabilitation and progressive strengthening
  • Structured return-to-sport planning

Built around getting you back

James assesses not just the injury but the mechanism behind it, then designs a rehabilitation plan that progresses safely toward a confident return to your sport.
